TEHRAN, May 24 – First representative office of Saman Bank in European Union was inaugurated in Rome.
Public Relations Manager of Saman, Mansoor Momeni underlined that the office in Italian capital started operation with the aim of providing consultation services on financial aid, investment, banking services and legal issues as well as introducing proper grounds for investment and paving the way for foreign investors particularly the Italian businesses.
“In year of ‘Economic Resistance, production and employment’ and benefiting from the proper ground created after JCPOA implementation, Saman Bank opened the representative office in order to ease the activities of Iranian industries and tradesmen and providing more useful financial and credit services,” Momeni said.
He also added that according to a contract sealed between Saman Bank and Italy’s SACE on 2015, an special credit line has been opened for Saman of which Iranian and European manufacturers could benefit through consultations with Saman’s Rome office.
Credited with Central Bank of Iran and Banca d'Italia (Italy's Central Bank), Saman’s representative office is the first office of Iranian banks in European Union.
